AI inspection for public lighting

Public lighting in view: from location to maintenance

We map the location, condition and visible damage of lighting columns in detail, with optional luminaire inventories and regular on/off checks. The result is a current foundation for targeted maintenance and safer public spaces.

AI detection of a lighting column with location and damage data
From inspection to assessment

More than counting lighting columns

Our AI identifies lighting columns and records visible anomalies for each asset with its geolocation. We detect dents, surface deposits, paint damage, stickers, graffiti, colour fading and leaning. Luminaire types and on/off checks can also be included.
This gives every lighting column a current, verifiable record for maintenance and replacement.

Object-level workflows

From observation to targeted maintenance

Inspection data is automatically linked to the correct asset location. Public authorities use this information to identify faults faster, target maintenance and plan replacement.

Reporting and integration

Insight into (1) locations and damage status, (2) luminaire types and/or (3) on/off checks

In addition to damage surveys, we perform on/off inspections for safer cycle paths and tunnels, including for Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Results are presented clearly in reports or geospatial tools such as ArcGIS.

Ready-to-use data

Clear reports for analysis, planning and targeted action.

Linked to location

Every inspection is automatically linked to the correct asset location.

Verifiable visual evidence

Each lighting column includes a photograph, damage view and asset information.
