Velotech inspects complete traffic light systems, including detection loops, signal heads and cabinets. Using high-resolution imagery and AI, damage such as dents, discoloration, graffiti, misalignment, and physical wear is automatically detected and classified based on the CROW visual standard (categories B to D). Each object is linked to its exact GPS location, allowing for accurate, object-level insights. Reports are delivered in Excel, CSV, or integrated directly into geo platforms like ArcGIS, where users can track statuses, add comments or photos, and coordinate repairs. By visualizing and prioritizing technical and visual issues early, municipalities can prevent signal failure, improve traffic flow, and ensure a safer road environment.
